1. Services MN Behavioural Support provides behavioural training and support services based on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). Services may be delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed.

2. Eligibility Services are available to parents, carers, and professionals seeking behavioural support. Parents or legal guardians must consent for services involving a child.

3. Professional Standards All services are delivered by a qualified Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in accordance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Sessions must be booked in advance
  • Cancellations or rescheduling require reasonable notice
  • Missed sessions without notice may be chargeable

5. Fees and Payment Fees will be communicated in advance. Payment terms, methods, and refund policies will be agreed prior to service delivery.

6. Virtual Services Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate environment for virtual sessions. MN Behavioural Support is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control.

7. Confidentiality All client information is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or safeguarding obligations.

8. Marketing Communications When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, you will be given the option to consent to receiving marketing communications from MN Behavioural Support. This consent is given by ticking the opt-in checkbox on the contact form. By ticking this checkbox, you agree to receive emails about our services, updates, and relevant resources.
