What is it?
This programme offers parents and carers the opportunity to gain in-depth, evidence-based knowledge focused on a specific area of need, such as behaviour that may challenge, eating, or sleep. The group setting allows families to build a supportive network and learn from one another’s experiences in a safe and respectful environment.
Each session is structured to provide clear information and practical strategies, while also allowing time for discussion, reflection, and shared problem-solving. Families are given tasks to complete between sessions to support consistency and progress. By the end of the programme, each family will have an individualised behaviour plan and the knowledge needed to continue implementing strategies with confidence. Families who require further support can continue their journey through our parent training or supervision services.
