These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by MN Behavioural Support.

1. Services

MN Behavioural Support provides behavioural training and support services based on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). Services may be delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed.

2. Eligibility

Services are available to parents, carers, and professionals seeking behavioural support. Parents or legal guardians must consent for services involving a child.

3. Professional Standards

All services are delivered by a qualified Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in accordance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Sessions must be booked in advance

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require reasonable notice

  • Missed sessions without notice may be chargeable

5. Fees and Payment

Fees will be communicated in advance. Payment terms, methods, and refund policies will be agreed prior to service delivery.

6. Virtual Services

Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate environment for virtual sessions. MN Behavioural Support is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or safeguarding obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

MN Behavioural Support is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Services are provided based on professional judgement and evidence-based practices, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are breached, fees remain unpaid, or professional boundaries are not respected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
